About Roomora

Roomora is a digital printable storefront operated by Rockhammer Labs LLC, a U.S.-registered limited liability company. By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Digital Products

Roomora sells digital downloadable products, including printable wall art, Frame TV art, and related digital decor files. Products are delivered as digital files only. No physical item, paper print, frame, or shipped product is included unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Orders and Downloads

After checkout, download access is provided through My Orders or another secure delivery method made available after purchase. You are responsible for signing in with the same account or email used at checkout and keeping any generated download links private.

License

Purchases include a personal use license only unless a product page clearly states otherwise. You may print the files for personal use, display them in your own home or personal space, or use them as permitted by the product description.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, publish, copy, modify for resale, claim ownership of, or use the files to create competing products or marketplace listings. See the License page for more detail.

Payments

Checkout, payments, taxes, receipts, refunds, fraud checks, and related commerce operations may be handled by third-party commerce and payment providers, including Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may act as merchant of record for eligible purchases and may appear on customer receipts or billing records.

We do not store full payment card details on our storefront.

Product Accuracy

We try to describe printable sizes, formats, colors, ratios, and included files accurately. Colors may vary between screens, printers, inks, papers, and print providers. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct file ratio, print size, paper type, and printing method.

AI-Assisted Artwork

Some artwork may be created, enhanced, or modified with the help of AI tools and additional human editing workflows. Product pages are intended to describe the final digital product being purchased.

Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or download systems, share private download links, or use our products in ways that violate these terms, the product license, or applicable law.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Because products are digital downloads, refund availability may be limited once files have been delivered or accessed.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date above shows when this page was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
